When using the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else or if your password is being used in an unauthorised manner you should inform us immediately.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration at the website or at any time thereafter are correct and complete and any changes are made accordingly. On the website, we sell products for purchase only by people aged 18 or over. People aged under 18 may use the website only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is required to accept these Terms and Conditions and place any orders for the person aged below 18. By using the website, you agree you are aged 18 or over.
Despatch
Orders that are received and paid for before 14:00 hours will be despatched the next day, excluding weekends and fiestas. You should receive the package between 1 to 3 working days thereafter (excluding any fiestas) but in any case, within a maximum of 5 working days. When goods are delivered to you, please check the content and condition before signing the delivery note. If it appears that there is any damage to the outer packaging, open to check the contents inside. Details of any damage must be written on the copy of the delivery note to be returned with the courier. All goods leave us in perfect condition. If, on receipt, you are dissatisfied with the condition, you may return it to us complete with the packaging and labels.
Returns Policy
If you return a product to us which is not the product that you ordered or is damaged on arrival, we will refund the price of the goods in full together with the original delivery charge (if applicable) but not the costs incurred in returning the items to us. If you return a product which you deem to be defective, we will examine the returned goods and notify you of your refund either by email or telephone within a reasonable period of time.
We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective goods. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us
If you return a product to us for any other reason, we will return the cost of the product to you less all delivery costs and any administration charges, provided the goods have been returned to us as new in the original packaging. If you return a product that has been modified or repaired in any way, this will annul your rights to any refund. Any goods for return must be sent to us within 7 days of receipt by the client.
Any product returned to us for non-delivery purposes eg. if the client is not available or contactable in order to receive the goods or the delivery information is incorrect or the client refuses delivery, all incurred expenses and administration charges will be deducted from any refund. Unless we have agreed otherwise, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
